Yes or No Tarot for Health Questions
One card for the worry that circles at night: the habit, the energy, the rest you keep postponing, the conversation you owe your body. The card reads what you can tend, and it answers with a reason, not a diagnosis.

Asking yes or no about your health
First, the plain part. This is not medical advice. A card cannot see inside your body. If something hurts, scares you, or will not go away, see a doctor. The card can help with what comes around that: the habit, the rest, the step you keep putting off.
So ask about your part. "Is it time to change how I sleep?" works. "Should I finally book that checkup?" works, and the honest answer to that one is almost always yes. "Do I have an illness?" does not work. That one is for a doctor.
Some cards speak of rest and recovery. The Star is a woman kneeling by a pool at night, pouring water on the land and back into the water. It says yes: you are refilling, slowly. Temperance is an angel pouring water between two cups, one foot on land and one in the stream. It says yes to balance, a little of each, nothing extreme. The Four of Swords is a figure lying still on a tomb inside a quiet church. It says rest first. Not later, now.
Some cards ask you to slow down. The Nine of Swords is someone sitting up in bed at night, face in their hands. It does not say you are sick. It says worry is keeping you up, and the worry needs a place to go: a person, a page, a doctor. Strength is a woman gently closing a lion's mouth with her hands. It says change comes with patience, not force. Be kind to yourself while you change a habit.
Draw one card and keep it simple. Write it in your journal with what you decided to do. Small steps count here: a glass of water, an early night, a walk, a call you have been avoiding. If you are in crisis, stop the reading and call someone. The page will show you a line for your country.
Common questions
Can tarot tell me if I am sick?
No. A card cannot see your body, and a reading that claims to is dangerous. What a card reads well is your energy around health: the habit asking to change, the tiredness with a cause you already suspect, the appointment you keep not booking. For your body itself, see someone who can actually examine you.
What health questions work well?
Questions about your part: is this habit serving me, is now the time to change my routine, what is this tiredness trying to say, should I finally have that conversation. The card answers about energy, rhythm and care, the territory where you hold the pen.
Which cards speak of recovery?
The Star is the deck's card of replenishment after a hard season. Strength is patience with your own animal, Temperance is rhythm and right measure, and the Sun is vitality out in the open. Drawn for a health worry, they all point the same way: recovery is a pace, not an event.
